Assistant Divisional Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Assistant Divisional Manager to support business growth across the division. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, coordinating regional teams, monitoring performance, and helping the division achieve its targets. Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills are an advantage.
Requirements & Qualifications
Male or female, aged 19–55
At least six passes at G.C.E. O/L
Ability to communicate in Sinhala, English or Tamil
Monthly salary: LKR 110,000
Income bonus: up to LKR 100,000
Up to 73% personal business commission
Up to 18% team commission
