Front Office Executive
About the Role
We are looking for a friendly and responsible individual to welcome clients, handle calls and WhatsApp inquiries, manage appointments, maintain customer records, and support daily front office operations. Good Sinhala and English communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and customer service skills are required.
Requirements & Qualifications
• G.C.E. O/L or A/L qualifications.
• Fluent Sinhala and good English communication skills.
• Good telephone etiquette and basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to use WhatsApp, Facebook, and basic CRM systems.
• A positive attitude, teamwork, responsibility, and punctuality.
• Customer service, sales, call center, or beauty industry experience will be an added advantage.
